In the third and final week of our September camp we found ourselves in beautiful Revelstoke B.C. For me and the other Ontario athletes, this was our first time in Revelstoke.
The team had a nice house outside of Revelstoke, it even had enough beds for everyone!
It had a big yard set up with a badminton net and other outside sports, meanwhile the inside was completed with a massage chair and dart board! Chris and I had a *friendly* botchi-ball game, we each took two games each. Looking forward to the tie breaker soon Chris!

The training camp also included spending some time with the BC Ski Team and Development Team. They had a camp in Revelstoke during our time there and we managed to get in a big game of soccer!
We finsished up the week with most likely the toughest running race I have ever done. At the end of the 3 week camp we had a team trail running race on the ski trails of Revelstoke Nordic. I was feeling very sore going into it, and as soon as I started to run the race it only got worse. I am sure that is how everyone on the team felt. It was a fun race despite the pure pain! The finish of the race signaled the beginging of our rest week!
Well with the training camp now over and the rest week here, I am bound to sit back and relax a bit and enjoy Whistler in the fall! After the rest weeks we have team testing than shortly after we are off to Canmore to get on snow at Frozen Thunder!
